A complex hillside site with critical geotechnical constraints called for both a creative interpretation of geography and mathematical precision to ensure ideal site usage while making the most of the stunning Palm Beach vistas. Zig-zaging sandstone pathways and stairs flow between terraced garden beds and sympathetic retaining to bring forth a stunning new panorama with every turn.

The design and planting turned an unusable overgrown hillside into a series of delightful open living areas each with its own unique character and feel and a sense of layered meander through exotic parkland.
